Poor customer service.

Bought 6 Wranger button down long sleeve shirts last fall, and one of the buttons was sewn on improperly, and fell off. I contacted customer service to simply see if I could buy some replacements. After several chat messages, and sending a picture of the tag code, I was tod on the final chat that they could not help me. THESE SHIRTS ARE 6 MONTHS OLD, AND YOU CANT TELL ME WHERE TO GET THE "WRANGLER" BUTTONS ??? Unbelievably poor customer service with no follow up. Check every garment before you buy.

Very poor quality product

My husband bought a $90 quilted 1/4 snap pullover shirt and it is a piece of garbage! The first time he wore it, a bunch of spiderweb like monofilaments kept attacking him.

They were barely visible to the naked eye, but very strong. We tried washing it to see if it would help, and the problem was still there and to make things worse it started to pill.

I emailed wrangler customer support and was told that thats a normal part of wear and tearApparently its acceptable for an item to look like trash after one wear and one wash They are claiming its not a defect, so obviously they are fine with their products being a total waste of money. I sent photos of the piling, and they determined its fine I asked if that is normal for a $90 shirt to do that after only one wash, and told them I have $20 items that look better after 1 year than their item did after one wash.

After that, they said we could pay for shipping to thier warehouse, and then , maybe they will offer a refund They should be completely embarrassed of their product quality and customer service. We wont purchase another Wrangler item.

I bought a cute pair of bell bottom jeans and was happy because they have a short inseam choice and I am short so when they arrived they fit perfect.

1 week after I received my jeans they went on sale and I phoned to have the price adjusted. I had a brief pleasant conversation with the first person he assured me the credit would go back to my card all good.

30 minutes later he phoned me back to tell me they would not honour the price adjustment. I was really shocked and phoned and emailed asked for a manger and was baited for weeks into an expostulated state. I was very upset and asked for compensation from the company for this abhorrent behaviour. They just ignored me The issue was never resolved.

At first I was respectfully asking for this and was told no problem all good then it turned preposterously abusive over something that really ought to have been a matter of fact pleasant transaction. They did do the price adjustment only after I was baited and goaded into a rage.

This is a REALLY negative way to treat a customer or something that is just part of doing business. They NEVER did provide the 15% off the first order either and even though I asked repeatedly to speak with a manger no one ever phoned me back

This comment is absurdly inaccurate, please read my complaint again. The price adjustment was given to me after a brief pleasant conversation with a clerk at Wrangler.

I didn't act pathetic and should not have been GOADED AT ALL. Just because I can afford retail doesn't mean I shouldn't take the price adjustments. Price adjustments are ordinary transaction and really MUST to be done politely at the first request. You are accurate I really deserve for a full refund and a $100.00 store credit.

I have been a cashier for many many years. It pays to be customer forward.

NO, you do not deserve a $100 gift card and it is inappropriate to ask. If you can't afford to buy retail clothing, try thrift stores.

Price adjustments is hardly a form of begging. Its great if you are a multimillionaire and are fine with not seeking price adjustments when they are available.

You are the one losing. This company lost my business and it is Wrangler who loses.

Bad customer service

I bought a shirt and a jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband. The shirt was too small for him. I returned it inmediately, after a month and three times contacting customer service, they finally return a small amount, they deducted shipping, returning fee and they kept the taxes... What a disappointment. Wrangler products are good but their service is beyond bad.

Order some jeans

Hi there Im Frank from Belgium and now move to Spain, and ordered my wrangler jeans for over 25 years at Sheplers in Denver Ore bye the directly in the store. The last years I find out that the quality is going down, the In seem started on the hip and ended on the front of my leg. Unfortunately your.brand is the only one that fit like a glove for me, A 33/30 medium rise slim fit pre wash indigo blue . Is it positie to order directly to you and send it to Spain . Customer service/defective jeans

Representative couldnt understand what I was talking about. Didnt understand that not everyone in the US has internet service. Cant print off return label without internet connection to printer. Could not transfer me to US representative. Have worn Wranglers for almost 70 years, FOR SHAME Wrangler for having customer service outside of the US. At least make sure customer service understands what your customers are saying

Exchange unworn jeans too big due due large weight loss from severe illness.

Every company gladly took back or exchanged items that were never used EXCEPT for Wrangler. Jeans are brand new, unworn, labels intact and in the original shipping bag, but I was told basically tough luck that the company made no exceptions even for exceptional circumstances. I have been a Wrangler wearer for at least ½ a century but you've lost me as a customer forever.

I bought jeans back in the summer, never took them out of the wrangler bag until this morning. They are the wrong and they wouldnt let me exchange for a different size. I did not want a refund just an exchange. All my shorts and pants are wrangler but now I will never spend another penny on wrnagler products.

Poor choice in product changes.

You have shortened the zippers which makes one unbelt the pants when you are at the urinial ! Now you have shortened the pants pockets,what, to save a penny or two ? Sorry, I will be switching to Levies from now on. E.G. Torrison D.D.S.
